[제품 유의 사항]
1. COMFIE VINTAGE LIZARD BAG의 팔각 디테일은 안쪽에서 박음질 후 다시 뒤집어 볼륨감 있는 팔각형의 모양을 만드는 고난이도의 작업 방식으로 만들어집니다.
데끼(칼질)로 잘라서 기리메로 마무리하는 가방과는 달리 만드는 사람의 손맛에 따라 약간의 편차가 생길 수 있습니다.
뒤집기 방식과, 작업 방식의 특성상 좌우 비대칭은 불량의 사유가 되지 않습니다.
2. 안쪽에서 봉제하여 뒤집어 모양을 잡는 공법 특성상 당기는 힘의 강도에 따라 겉면에서 실봉제 부분이 보여질 수 있는 점 참고 부탁드립니다.
3.내부 중간 프레임에 부착된 샤무드 우라 양쪽은 뚫린 모양으로 재단되어 봉제되어 있습니다. 이는 중간 프레임과 가방 양쪽 마찌 부분 패턴상 불가피한 점 참고 부탁드립니다.

-사용 전 반드시 제품 상태를 확인하시기 바랍니다.
-천연 가죽 특성상 미세한 스크레치, 주름, 반점, 모공 힘줄이 있을 수 있으며, 이는 불량이 아니므로 불량, 교환, 반품의 사유에 포함되지 않습니다.
-디자인의 특성과 수공으로 제작하는 특성상 좌우 비대칭은 불량사유에 해당되지 않습니다.
-프레임장식의 경우 약간의 유격이 존재하며 이는 불량 사유가 되지 않습니다.
-무늬피(크로커, 뱀피, 리자드 문양 등)의 경우 가방마다 무늬가 조금씩 차이가 있을 수 있습니다.
-가랑을 돌린 장식 제품의 경우 장식끼리 부딪히며 인위적으로 스크레치를 만들어내는 제작 방식의 특성상 잔스크레치는 불량사유에 해당하지 않습니다.
-교환은 불량일 경우에만 동일한 상품에 한해 가능합니다.
-교환 및 반품은 미사용 상품에 한하며, 비닐, 택, 박스, 더스트백 등의 포장 상태가 상품 수령시와 동일해야합니다.
-제품 사용 후에는 교환 및 반품이 불가능하며, 제품 하자로 인정되는 부분에 한해서 무상A/S가 제공됩니다. (구매 후 7일이내)
-고객 부주의에 의한 훼손 및 변형은 수선 및 보상의 책임을 지지 않으며 수선이 가능할 경우 유상A/S로 진행됩니다.
-부주의에 의해 가죽이 오염되거나 착색된 건은 A/S가 불가능합니다.
- 고객님의 책임 있는 사유로 상품등이 멸실 또는 훼손된 경우 반품이 불가합니다.(단, 상품의 내용을 확인하기 위하여 포장 등을 훼손한 경우는 제외)
